Softclient updates

Previously, when installed via RMM component, the Secure Edge softclient could fail to reconnect after being closed or on reboot of the workstation. Now, the softclient can be relaunched without issue.
This release addresses softclient stability issues that would present when check-ins occurred before the Secure Edge Gateway assigned an IP address.
To eliminate performance issues related to high GPU or CPU usage, we've removed the drop shadow effect from the main Secure Edge softclient window.
