Email alerts have not been configured

This article covers what to do if email alerts have not been configured for Datto Networking.

Description
1. From the Datto Partner Portal, select Status→ Networking Status.

2. Select the network from the available list.
3. From the next page, select the menus in the upper right corner and choose Account Alert Settings.

4. Under the Default Alert Setting you can select which events to receive email alerts from Access Points, Power, Routers, Switches, and Secure Edge.
5. After selecting the alerts for the various events, you can add an email address under Additional Alert Emails then click Add.
