How do I pinhole reset the G200 router?

Environment

  • Datto G200 Router

Answer

To pinhole reset the G200 router, hold the rear facing pinhole button labeled "Reset" in for 30+ seconds. The router will then reboot.

Once the reset is complete, the router will need to be re-paired to the CloudTrax network it is associated with.
