Routers: Port settings

Description
The Port Settings page lets you configure primary networking options for each LAN and WAN port.
Navigation
1. In the Datto Network Manager Navigation menu, click Routers, then select Port Settings from the expanded options.

2. Click the name of your desired router.
Configuration
LAN Ports
You can configure the following settings for each LAN port on your router:
1. Port: Shows the port number.
2. Label: Lets you input a name or description for a port.
3. Enable: Lets you enable or disable a port.
4. Link Mode/Speed: Lets you define the speed of a port. The link mode will automatically configure based on the connected device. The following speeds are available:
- Auto (Automatically set speed based on the connected device)
- 10 Mbps
- 100 Mbps
- 1000 Mbps
5. 24v PoE Enabled: Allows you to enable or disable on a port if available.
6. LAN Segregation: Enabling this will prevent inter-LAN/VLAN communication (LAN to LAN or VLAN to VLAN traffic).
WAN Ports
The following settings are configurable for each WAN port on your router:
1. Port: Shows the port number.
2. Type: Shows the port type.
3. Priority: Lets you change the order in which the D200 will try to detect a link. This setting does not affect wired WAN failover or prioritization of traffic.
4. Link Mode/Speed: Lets you define the speed of a port. The link mode will automatically configure based on the connected device. The following speeds are available:
- Auto (Automatically set speed based on the connected device)
- 100 Mbps
- 1000 Mbps
Misc. Port Settings

USB Host
Check the Enable check box to enable the router's USB port. Use this feature only as directed by Datto Technical Support.
