Description
The authentication logs
The logs can be found under Secure Edge→ Overview.
Scroll down to Event Log and select Soft Client Authentication.

Check the Subscriber Settings
Check the Subscriber Settings to ensure the Client ID, Client Secret, and Discovery URL are configured correctly.
If there is no green check mark in the Discovery URL field, this could be causing authentication issues.
