Autotask Ticket Integration: A PSA is the source of truth and the lifeblood of an MSP’s practice – if information isn’t captured there, it might as well not exist. When any of your Datto Networking gear generates an alert, that information needs to be routed into your PSA so that your techs can appropriately triage and action it.
This update to Datto Network Manager provides an initial integration with Autotask that enables you to map Autotask companies to Network Manager networks, assign ticket severity priorities, and choose notification channel options for each alert within the Global Settings and Network Alert Settings pages. The integration will become available to you over the course of April as Autotask completes the rollout of the 2023.2 release.
Learn more in our Configuring the Datto Networking Autotask integration article.

-
We've added a new Email Distribution List tab to the Global Alert Settings and Network Alert Settings pages. From here, you can manage additional alert recipients for both levels of alerts.
-
You'll now receive a notification pop-up when a network inherits changes from the global level.
-
If you have the Autotask integration enabled, Send alert via Autotask will be a selectable option when configuring alerts.
